I like the hole rating system thing, I just think it needs to be more sensitive. Like lower the number of posts you have to have to go up a "rating." If I remember correctly, to change your current "position" you must have posts over 50, 100, 200, and do on. The one that really should be changed is 50. I mean if you think about it 50 is a lot of posts. Unless you are really really active, you typically don't pass that point. I think the first change in position should be about 15, then 30, then 50, then go as it were from there. I just think there are a lot of people who deserve a higher ranking and are still a "meteorite."

I honestly never look at the rankings. I used to look at people's post count, but now I only look at that if I want to see if someone changed their nickname/avatar or if they're new.
And 50 is less than what I do in a week. That's under 10 per day.

Well there are obviously those who are quite active on the moon (such as those who just posted before me) but if you look at the members list you will quickly see how fast it changes from higher rankings to "meteorite." I believe it changes about at the 3rd page out of a whole lot of pages. I am just saying there needs to be more statuses because unless you are an extremely active person on the moon, you look like you are just a new born to the universe. Take Dan himself for an example, he only has like 130 or so posts and he owns the place! If he wasn't the founder he would just be a moon! Now how ridiculous does that sound?

Dan shouldn't rank any higher just because he made the place.

Your point could be moot five or six months from now. Also, I don't see how you're making the correlation that the owner of the site needs to/should be highly ranked. That's kind of ridiculous, in my opinion. If the owner of the site is not an active member, then no, they do not deserve a higher rank...

Now how ridiculous does that sound? why does the rank really matter? the post count is not too high. 130 sounds about right for a level two thing.
